3rd Grade Leprechaun Traps!
As a culminating activity at the end of our simple machines unit, each child had to construct a trap to catch those pesky leprechauns running amuck in the building!
They had to use at least one simple machine and the trap had to work without hurting the leprechaun.
The traps were fabulous - BUT - unfortunately we didn't catch any leprechauns. They left us several notes and green dust behind! Better luck next year!
